True, these circumstances differ, but showing everything from a TV flickering in a ruined city to a paladin of the Brotherhood of Steel staring as if someone's watching him, these circumstances tend to repeat a lot. And right now, with what looks like a helghast looking over the city of his enemies, panning shots and staring at invisible cameras don't change either. Sure, he may have travelled over four light years from Alpha Centauri to attack his hated UCN enemies, travelling through time and space as he did so, but it's still the same after all. True, even with the number 7 on his helmet as if to specify a point of origin, he isn't fooling anyone.And he's not fooling himself either. Because even if he's in the wrong universe and the wrong timeframe, it doesn't matter. His enemies are in the city before him. And after taking the time to glance slowly at whoever might be behind him, he sets off to deal with the human scum.War never changes after all.A/NVery short I know, but as I was distinctly unverwhelmed by the trailer for New Vegas, perhaps it's appropriate in a sense.
